Why This Program?

This program is designed to meet the express needs of managers/Executives having no or limited knowledge of Finance. A manager however good he may be at technical or marketing skills would not be able to succeed in business unless he possess an adequate knowledge of finance.  Good circulation of finance in business is as important as good circulation of blood in our bodies; which requires to be regulated with good exercise on daily basis.  Finance is also required to be regulated and channelized in proper and appropriate manner to yield good returns.

This program will help in equipping the executives with adequate financial knowledge and skills to adapt to the good adequate financial knowledge and skills to adapt to the good governance of finance in business and enable them to understand the financial intricacies of business.  Loss making business can be made financially viable if the right strings are pulled at the right time in right directions.  Many businesses fail because of improper financial management even though right marketing and technical skills are available.  Right financial decisions are required to be taken at the right time to take charge of the situations; avoiding financial collapse.

This course is normally covered in four sessions of 3 hours duration each spread over 2 days. (With convenient lunch and tea breaks)
